A quick backstory

I fell in love with design while learning Flash in college. The joy of animation pulled me in, but it was the potential of technology to shape our human experience that catapulted me towards a career in design.

Early in my career, I kept running into business challenges: tight timelines, limited resources, misaligned goals. I learned that user empathy alone wasn't enough, business acumen was just as critical. It inspired me to pursue a second master’s in Product Development at Carnegie Mellon, to become the kind of leader who could bridge design and business.

Outside of work, I love travelling. I’ve lived in 4 countries and travelled to 7 continents. That global perspective shapes how I lead: with curiosity, adaptability, and the confidence to navigate ambiguity, whether it's a complex product challenge or a completely unfamiliar place.

What I lead with

These values are from my read me. They illustrate how I show up for people, think about products and establish culture.

  • We thrive when we’re having fun.
Even when the stakes are high, I create space for joy. Play unlocks creativity, lowers fear, and helps us build delightful experiences, for users and for each other.

  • I ask why, and then ask again.
Curiosity has always been my superpower. It helps me uncover problems, build empathy and perspective and discover new patterns. Whether I’m creating smarter solutions or aligning with tricky stakeholders, it works!

  • We learn by doing and sometimes, by tripping.
I encourage teams to test early, iterate fast, and treat missteps as fuel for innovation. The faster we learn, the faster we grow.

  • Clear is kind.
I give feedback that’s direct, constructive, and rooted in care, because I want us to succeed. Honest conversations are the foundation of trust and exceptional work.

  • Burnout doesn’t build good products.
I’ve been through it. I believe in keeping a sustainable pace, strong boundaries, and making space for life outside of work. When we’re well, we create well.

  • Big thinking meets rigorous follow-through.
I love setting bold direction, but I never forget the details. From strategy to GA launch and further, I lead teams through ambiguity and into action, bringing high-impact ideas to life.

Design is a Kind of Magic

Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic
— Arthur C Clarke

I believe design is what makes magic accessible. That aha moment when something just works. That wow when it's elegant, intuitive, and human.

What brings me joy is not just building products, but nurturing people. Because no one makes magic alone; it takes a shared mission, deep trust, and a culture where people feel safe to leap.
